Summer Musicianship Group Course
Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in person at St. James by the Sea Episcopal Church in La Jolla beginning June 24
Fridays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm remotely via zoom beginning June 26
Tuition for one full 6-week course is $300.
Being a great musician is so essential to being a great singer! In these classes, we'll brush up your music reading, learn basic foundations of music theory, and strengthen your sight-reading.
Class enrollment must meet the minimum of 4 students in order to be offered. Tell your friends!

Week 1: Note names, Scale Degrees, and Solfeggio
Week 2: Key signatures & Tetra Cords
Week 3: Rhythm Reading, Hearing, & Dictation
Week 4: Singing & Hearing Intervals–major and minor seconds
Week 5: Singing & Hearing Intervals–perfect intervals and major/minor triads
Week 6: Sight Singing Melodies!
