Voice Lessons

I am a physiology-forward instructor of voice, who primarily focuses on Bel Canto technique and musical theater. Each lesson is designed to help the student grow through detailed technical study and performance coaching. You will be guided through the process of getting to know your own instrument without imitating other singers out there. Through lessons you will be given the tools to enable you to better trouble-shoot in your own practice. My job is to get you to be able to trust in your own abilities and to express yourself to the fullest. As singers, we're tasked with telling stories and guiding audiences in feeling something along with us. Through application of great technique coupled with truly expressive intent, you'll be unstoppable!

Studio recitals will be given twice a year, and all students will be encouraged to participate in local singing competitions and productions as they arise.

NOTE: I am primarily a teacher of Bel Canto technique, and my strength is not belting (pop/contemporary musical theater). If you would like a brilliant musical theater belt style teacher, I highly recommend Kimberly Moller. If you're looking for a great pop/jazz style teacher,  Lexi Pulido is THE BEST! Also, I do not teach students younger than 12 years old.

I am a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, AGMA, and the California Music Teachers Association.
